All return requests are subject to verification and product inspection. Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and packaging, and refunds or replacements will be processed upon approval as per our policy terms and conditions.

• Refunds are processed only after successful product inspection and approval.
• Return requests must be supported with the Order ID, Invoice Number, and relevant photos/videos.
• Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, labels, and warranty cards.
• Free return shipping is applicable only for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete upon delivery.
• For returns due to change of mind, incorrect product selection, or products not suitable for the customer's application, return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
• Voltztools may deduct applicable handling, logistics, or administrative charges from the refund amount, where applicable.
• Customized, made-to-order, special procurement, and non-standard products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Consumables, spare parts, and accessories are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.
• Returns will not be accepted for products that have been installed, modified, misused, repaired by unauthorized personnel, or damaged due to improper handling.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
• Voltztools reserves the right to inspect, verify, approve, reject, or determine the eligibility of any return, replacement, or refund request. The decision of VOLTZ TOOLS shall be final and binding.
